We're sorry to hear about your recent sleep troubles. We want to do whatever we can to help you get a good night's sleep on your Big Fig! Your eligibility for returning and receiving a refund on your Big Fig Sleep System depends on how long you’ve had it.
Within Two Weeks of Delivery
A little bit of discomfort is normal in the first two weeks of sleeping on your newly supportive mattress. Not only do you have to get used to the feel of your new mattress, but your mattress needs time to get used to you, as well. We always ask new Big Fig owners to give themselves and their new mattress that initial 14 days to see if the break-in period is successful. However, if you are still having trouble after that 14-day period, or if you believe the ailment or pain you are experiencing goes beyond just new mattress discomfort, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help in any way we can!
After Two Weeks of Delivery
If you’re still experiencing pain after the 14-day “break-in” period and believe it is a firmness issue, we recommend trying a topper. We have found that this has been a great solution for customers in the past who prefer a slightly softer feel without sacrificing the support and durability of the Big Fig. We even offer our own topper - check it out here!
If you find that it doesn't provide the relief you're looking for, we can initiate the return process for you at any time within your 120-Night Trial period.
After the 120 Night Trial
Once you reach 120 days past the delivery date of your Big Fig Mattress, your order is no longer eligible for a return and refund under the terms of our policy.
Your mattress is still protected by our Warranty, which covers manufacturing defects and visible sagging that is 1″ or deeper in the surface of the mattress.
